Executive Committee
The Chair
Elizabeth Moxley
Elizabeth is very passionate about our equine community. Together, she and her husband Ryan, are the owner/operators of The Bar M Ranch NC, LLC of Chinquapin, NC. They have a beautiful daughter, Allison, and manage raising not only their family, but their own beef, pork, while managing their feed/hay store serving all over Eastern NC. Elizabeth has been "horse crazy" since she was a kid, and has an extensive background in horses, cattle, and general farm/ranch work. She has volunteered at therapeutic riding centers giving her great knowledge and experience with assisting TOFF in their therapeutic services. Elizabeth also spent time working for the NC school system as an EC Teacher assistant. Elizabeth worked for the legendary late Jeffrey Matthews of Matthews Cutting Horses. She played a critical role in assisting in training world class cutting horses, foaled out mares, worked cows, checked the herd, managed their health, and so much more. Elizabeth has worked for NC State College of Veterinary medicine, as well as working/managing a few other ranches where she increased her knowledge and experience with medical care of stock, horses, and working with gaited horses. Elizabeth loves the Lord, her family, and her animals! She brings a fresh perspective in growing our facility and aiding in top notch care of our horses and cattle. Elizabeth loves being involved in the programs offered her at Trail of Faith Farms whether it's a night ride under the arena lights or herding and sorting cows. Elizabeth loves the ranch life along with her prioritizing her own faith, family, and ranch.

Assistant Chair
Lisa O'neal
Lisa moved to the east coast from Idaho, where she went to college and met her husband. The military moved them to Virginia, and then North Carolina in January of 2020. Right after moving to the area, Lisa began volunteering at Trail of Faith Farms.
Growing up Lisa's family was not a "horse family" but Lisa got bit by the horse bug after pony rides at her 4th birthday party and has been a horse girl ever since. When she turned 10 years old, she finally got her first pony, a POA named Apple. College brought her to Idaho and away from horses for a few years, but she was always looking for places to volunteer and spend time around them.
Always passionate about mustangs in particular, she was finally able to adopt one of her own in April of 2021. Her mustang Huckleberry is the sweetest, most affectionate mustang that exists. He has helped her to grow more confident and is always there to boost her mood.
Lisa has a degree in environmental studies and works as an environmental educator at Sturgeon City Environmental Education Center in Jacksonville. Her motto is "what's the plan" as she is an excellent organizer and planner. These skills make her a great fit for the Assistant Chair position. Lisa will keep the rest of the board members organized and on track! She is excited to aid in the expansion of the farm and watch the impact on the community as it grows.

Secretary
Rosemary Vaughan Curry
Rosemary has lived and worked in the New Bern area for the past 20 years. She's originally from NY and is certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult Health. She currently works with veterans. She went back to school in 2017 to obtain certification in Psychiatry and Mental Health at Frontier University in rural Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky. It is noted for its midwifery program and its nurses who visited their clients on horseback! There she learned about therapeutic riding as a type of therapy. Rosemary is very supportive of the use of this tool to help individuals with disabilities and/or mental health issues. Around this same time, she took a trip to Montana
and did trail riding in the mountains. She then decided she wanted to learn all she could about horses and horsemanship.
She started volunteering at TOFF about 1.5 years ago and is fully supportive of their mission. Rosemary is currently a student in the Equine Studies Major at Post University in Connecticut. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, gardening,
and volunteering at TOFF. She has 3 grown children and 4 grandsons who she loves to visit with.

Treasurer
Allie Cullen
Allie originally came to TOFF in 2021 as a volunteer after moving to North Carolina. Her love of horses began at a very young age when she moved next to a large farm in her home state and started taking lessons. Over the years her love of working with horses grew. She got two Haflinger ponies (Acorn and Nugget) and a Palomino (Cocoa). This love led her to join IEA and 4-H where she showed horses, chickens, and rabbits before aging out and becoming a volunteer. She has a long history of volunteering for many different agricultural/animal-based organizations and loves working with the horse and human clients here at TOFF.
Allie has a degree in Criminal Justice from Norwich University but has spent the last 5 years working in private, state, and federal accounting departments. Her finance knowledge, volunteer history, and love for all the animals on the farm make her a great fit on our Executive Board. Allie's history in finances includes managing official books for small private companies. She's worked as a procurement technician for the federal government and as an accountant for the state government. Allie is thrilled to pair her knowledge of finances with her love of horses, making her a great fit for the TOFF Treasurer. She is excited to continue to work with TOFF and help the organization grow to better assist all its incredible clients.
